Dinho & Ginny Pereira,
have been at Victoria Ministries since 1997. They are the founders of this organization and have been in missions for over 40 years, serving under Child Evangelism and Fellowship, Christian Camping Internation Brazil (founders in Brazil), Latin American Mission and today serve under . They have three boys (Marcos married to Telma, Andrew married to Carmen and Richard engaged to Jamie) and 6 grandchildren (Marcos 4, Andrew 2). Dinho serves today as present Executive Director and gives seminars around Brazil on Camp Ministry and its potentials.

Marcos & Telma Pereira and boys,
served Victoria from 1997 to 2008. After that they were involved with church planting in northern Brazil. They have been back at Victoria Ministries since February 2014. Marcos serves as future executive director for Victoria Ministries and as a mobilizer for Pioneers Mission Brazil. Telma helps with some camp programs and Bible Studies and is found at home raising their boys when not at camp. All four boys attend Brazilian publick school half of the day and do English home schooling the other half.

Andrew, Carmen, Rebeka & Timotheo,
Carmen and I are Third Culture Kids. Growing up as Missionary Kids helped us see how God worked in the lives of our families and people we had contact in the mission field.
Andrew’s parents founded Victoria Ministries in 1997 and before this worked several years in camp ministry. Carmen’s parents work with church planting and discipleship in Mato Grosso do Sul.
In the end of 2015 that the Lord showed us it was the right time to go as full time missionaries to Victoria Ministries, which is a Training Center for Camp Leadership and a Camp site.
In February 2016 we went to the United States to take part of Entry Point at United World Mission and will be raising our prayer and financial team during the next months to be able to go back to the missionary field as soon as possible!
We have two children: Rebeka, 5 years old, and Timothy, 3 years old.

Marli Ribeiro,
has been at Victoria Ministries since 2006 and is currently the program director at Camp Victoria.
Karina Boury,
is an intern at Camp Victoria and has served alongside Marcos and Telma in their Church planting years. She is very gifted artistically and is in charge of all arts and crafts at camp. She also is very active in building daily maintenence and as a leader in the canoing, bycicling and climbing programs we run. She is currently working on a 2 year Bible School Course.
